  • Full Body Strength Training - Full body strength training that integrates the upper body, lower body, and core into a program that focuses on enhancing functional movements like squatting, hinging, lunging, rotation, pushing, and pulling. This will help you gain muscle and lose body fat.

  • Mobility Training - Ability to have strength at the end range of motion and increase functional movement abilities to decrease risk of injury and pain while doing day to day activities or while participating in your fitness program

  • Explosive Power Movements - Development of vertical, linear, lateral, and rotational explosiveness, speed, and agility through the use of plyometrics, jump training, medicine balls, resistance bands, and kettlebells.

  • Core Stability Training - Integration of core stability, strength, and power to maximize movement efficiency and power transfer.

  • Endurance/Cardio Bouts - Through the use of different modalities including sled pushes, cycling, sprinting, supersets/compound sets, and more, we will increase our functional capacity to help us perform all tasks with ease

  • Community - Valhalla is more than "just a workout", it is a community of people with the main goal of EMBRACING ADVERSITY. Life is not always going to go your way, life will knock you down just like a workout will fatigue you. But, are you going to keep up the pressure, or let it break you?
